Lviv region coal miners receive portion of their August wages


KYIV, September 30 / Ukrinform./ State-run Lvivuhillia company has received funds for the partial payment of wage arrears for last August.

The press service of Lviv regional state administration reports.

"On Tuesday, September 29, State-run Lvivuhillia company received funds for a total of UAH 20 million from state-run Coal of Ukraine enterprise for shipped coal to thermal power plants. These funds were wired to pay wages to miners for last August," a statement said.

Press-office notes that after the partial payment of miners' wages for last August the remaining arrears balance totals UAH 29.2 million (31.3%).
